COMPUTER PROBLEMS? Many computer problems are often resolved by powering the system down and starting again. This has the effect of re-building the system to its optimum state, and should always be performed before progressing support requests of this nature.


INTERNET PROBLEMS? If you cannot access a website, you should check your internet connection is active; - (e.g. go to www.google.co.uk and see if you can sucessfully search for a random word) - The presence of your "home page" on the screen does not always mean you have an active internet connection!!
